Hands down, this is the most talked about cleanse in my office. I think they’re amazing! And I’ve seen really great results.

For myself, I saw a lifetime of menstrual cramps go away in just one flush (toxicity!). I also started absorbing water again for the first time since being very sick in India years back. Over a thousand stones released (yes I counted:) and I experienced a clarity and vibrancy I didn’t even know was possible for me. This was at the beginning of my healing journey and I am so grateful I tried it… and continued! Getting my life~force back has allowed me to soar and truly love life again. It is in this spirit that I want to share all of this information with you.

Cleansing is one of those journeys that can open a can of worms, if you will, wherein once you begin the process it’s a good idea to see it through to the other side. Be forewarned liver flushes are no exception, it can take 6-12+ flushes in order to cleanse the liver and gallbladder fully. Remember, it took a lifetime to accumulate, so don’t be discouraged. Hold your vision strong of why you want to do it and who you will be when you come out on the other side.

Colon cleansing goes hand in hand with cleansing the liver, as the pathway must be clear for all the stones to be released and not get lodged anywhere inside the large intestine. It is recommended to have two colonics for every liver flush. One on Day 6 (the day you drink the olive oil mixture) and then one a few days after the flush on Day 8 or Day 9. If you can’t make it in for a colonic, make sure you have a good enema bag at home! It is absolutely essential.
